(CPAI), by letter and application dated and received on April 3, 2008, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (Commission) establish pool rules in accordance with 20 AAC 25.520 and issue an area injection order in accordance with 20 AAC 25.460 for the proposed Qannik Oil Pool.

ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. by a letter dated and received April 4, 2008, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (Commission) issue an order allowing an exception to the spacing requirements of20 AAC 25.055 (a)(4) to allow for the drilling, completion and production of the North Cook Inlet Unit (NCIU) A-14, A-15, and A-16 wells within 3,000 feet of other wells capable of producing from the same gas pool.

By letter and application dated April 14, 2008, Pioneer Natural Resources Alaska, Inc., requests approval to use multiphase flow meters to measure production well output of, and allocate production between, the Oooguruk Unit Pools; and Pioneer Natural Resources Alaska, Inc. and ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. requests approval of a method of determining pool production as a result of the commingling of Oooguruk Unit and Kuparuk River Unit production and a variance to use multiphase flow meters and proposed techniques to allocate production between the Oooguruk and Kuparuk River Units.

The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission proposes to adopt regulation changes to Chapter 25 of Title 20 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with suspended wells, requests for information, variances from regulations, and waivers of regulations, including: 20 AAC 25.110, 20 AAC 25.300, 20 AAC 25.508, 20 AAC 25.509.
